Project Detail

The project incorporated asbestos services beginning with the production and implementation of a robust asbestos management plan.  Then the planning a execution of 3500 surveys to residential stock dwellings including common parts and care homes.

The project heavily depended on our ability to liaise with the tenants and clients to ensure economical roll out of the inspections and any dissemination of information to the tenants.

Initially we won the project via competitive tender based on a schedule of rates.  Subsequently we have assisted in a partnering arrangement with the annual management of all asbestos related services including additional surveys, re-inspections, consultancy, training, IT input and project management of remediation.

We hope the continued relationship and trust we have built up demonstrates our capabilities in a long term arrangement as well as maintaining a high quality of service to ensure the clients satisfaction.
