Project Detail

The project incorporated all asbestos related services. Prior to project commencement we undertook asbestos awareness training with a specific presentation whilst the organistaion was still called Servite.

We undertake Asbestos Management Surveys to communal parts, residential care homes and domestic properties.  The tenant liaison was imperative due to the nature of the sites.  We has specific client branded work where and identity cards.  Turnaround time son void properties or planned maintenance properties is imperative.

During the surveys we collate a remedial program and undertake period asbestos removal on numerous sites.  We then updated all information onto the database.

Surveys and removal works are now undertaken by PA Group on an ongoing basis.

Initially we won the project via competitive tender based on a schedule of rates and continued in a partnering agreement thereafter.
