Project Detail

Following the initial environmental assessment undertaken by PA Group including  preliminary investigation stage, heavy metals, water, asbestos, paint, oils, acids (tanks), drains, concrete and brick assessments.

PA Group tendered the required refurbishment of a listed 18th Century property via a specification and procured the project on behalf of the client Farrer & Co, the project was delivered in an eight week programme which was achieved by working during and out of hours.

To ensure all elements of the refurbishment run smoothly we worked closely with the Project Manager of Farrer & Co Trevor Cox and had a daily on site meeting to confirm that we were on schedule at all times.

The project was completed on time and on budget and due to a clear understanding of Farrer & Co and there objectives for the project, we are continuing to work on other projects.
